How to Edit a Parcel

Here's how to update a parcel's details:

Editing a parcel in LIV allows you to update essential information, ensuring accurate records are maintained for each delivery.

1. Navigate to the Parcels Page:

Log into your LIV account and click on Parcels from the left-side menu to access the parcel management page.

2. Access the Parcel Details:

Locate the parcel you need to update. Click on the Action Menu, symbolized by a three-dots icon, next to the parcel's listing. From the dropdown menu, select Details to view more information about the parcel.

3. Initiate Editing:

On the parcel details page, click on the Edit button to start modifying the parcel information.

4. Make the Necessary Changes:

You can edit the following details of the parcel:

a) Courier: Update the courier service information if there has been a change or correction needed.

b) Sender: Modify the sender’s details to correct any inaccuracies.

c) Description: Change or refine the description of the contents of the parcel for better clarity.

5. Save the Changes:

After making the necessary adjustments, click the Edit Parcel button to save the updated information.

6. Confirmation:

You have now successfully saved the new changes for the parcel, ensuring the records reflect the most current and correct information.
