Adding a parcel entry in Unify LIV allows you to efficiently manage package deliveries for tenants.
Navigate to the Parcels Page:
1. Access your Unify LIV account and click on Parcels from the left-side menu to reach the parcels management page.
2. Initiate Parcel Entry:
Click on the Manual Input button to start the process of manually entering a new parcel record.
3. Select Building and Recipient :
a) Select the Building: Choose the appropriate building from the dropdown list to ensure the parcel is registered at the correct location.
b) Select the Recipient - Unit: Pick the recipient’s unit from another dropdown list, linking the parcel to the correct tenant.
4. Enter Courier and Sender Details:
a) Select Courier: Choose the delivery service from the dropdown list that has handled the parcel.
b) Enter Sender Details: Provide the sender's information to keep a record of who sent the parcel.
5. Enter Recipient and Parcel Details:
a) Enter Recipient Address: Input the full address details of where the parcel was sent, if applicable.
b) Enter Description: Provide a description of the parcel to help identify the package and its contents.
6. Register the Parcel:
Click on the Register button to complete the entry of the parcel into the system.
7. Confirmation:
You have now successfully created a new parcel record for the tenant, which will help in managing deliveries and ensuring tenants receive their packages promptly.
