How to Put an Amenity Back in Service (Online)

Here’s how to change the status of an amenity to online:

Putting an amenity back in service in LIV enables you to make it accessible and bookable for tenants via the tenant app.

1. Access the Action Menu:

After logging in, click on Amenities from the left-side menu. This will direct you to the page where all amenities are listed. Locate the amenity you want to put back into service.

Click on the Action Menu, symbolized by a three-dots icon, next to the amenity's listing. Choose Edit from the dropdown menu to modify the amenity’s settings.

2. Proceed to the Status Page:

Continue to the Status page by clicking Next through the intervening pages until you reach the status settings.

3. Set Amenity to Online:

On the Status page, toggle the Status to Online. This action will reactivate the amenity, making it available again on the tenant portal.

4. Complete the Update:

Click "Next" to navigate through to the last page and then click the Edit Amenity button to finalize the changes.

5. Confirmation:

The amenity is now online and has been added back to the tenant portal, making it available for tenant use.
