Assigning maintenance requests to the appropriate technician is essential for efficient operations and timely resolution of issues.
1. Navigate to the Maintenance Page:
Access your LIV account then click on Maintenance from the left side menu to access the maintenance management page.
2. Access the Action Menu:
Locate the Maintenance Request that needs to be assigned. Click on the Action Menu, represented by a three-dots icon, next to the request, and select Details.
3. Assign to Technician:
Click the Assign to technician button. You can then select a Technician from the list; you may also use the search function by technician name or email.
4. Save the Assignment:
Click the Save button to finalize the assignment.
5. Confirmation:
The maintenance request is now assigned to a Technician. You can revisit this page to reassign the Technician if necessary.
