Scheduling maintenance services promptly ensures operational continuity and tenant satisfaction.
1. Login and Navigate:
After logging into LIV, go to the Maintenance page as previously described.
2. Select the Request:
Use the Action Menu to open Details for the Maintenance Request that needs scheduling.
3. Schedule the Service:
Click the Schedule service button. Select a service date from the calendar and a time range from the dropdown for From and To.
4. Confirm the Schedule:
Click the Send button to confirm the service schedule.
5. Confirmation:
The Maintenance Service is now scheduled. You can return to this page at any time to reschedule the service.
